Freight & handling

Public orders within New Zealand are freight free (pretty cool!), and are sent by Courier Post, PBT, or Post Haste. Delivery takes 1-2 business days, or sometimes 3 business days if you live way out in the wopwops. We'll email you a tracking number once the order has been packed up and is ready to go - if you don't receive a tracking order, give us a ring on 800 938 469 (+64 3 742 1185 if calling from abroad), or flick an email to sales@blackseal.co.nz.

International orders are sent with UPS, and generally take 3-4 days to Australia and 5-7 days to the rest of the world. International freight charges are calculated whilst viewing your cart. All orders over $250 are free anywhere on this earth (apart from maybe Antarctica... sorry guys!)

We can only process your order once payment has been approved. If payment is made by direct deposit and required urgently, then please send an email with a screen shot of the bank confirmation page to sales@blackseal.co.nz, and we will consider it confirmed. All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions.

If your order is all paid up before 2pm NZST, we'll process it the same day. If it's later than that, we'll try our best, but no guarantees! 
 
For dealers only we add $4 to $10 (exc. GST) shipping depending on size/weight of package.
